AW8Pro Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Platform Members

1. Acceptance of AW8Pro Terms and Conditions

By creating an account on aw8pro, you explicitly agree to comply with all rules, policies, and terms set out in this document. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for using the aw8pro platform and all associated services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, e-sports, slots, and other games.

Aw8pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the aw8pro platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2. Member Eligibility

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for keeping your aw8pro account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. aw8pro will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact aw8pro's support team immediately.

Aw8pro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statements, or recent proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of deposit or withdrawal functions on your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

Aw8pro accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) and no foreign currencies are accepted. Currently available deposit methods are:

The minimum deposit is RM20 for all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on the payment method selected and your account's VIP tier. Deposits are typically processed and credited to your aw8pro account within two (2) minutes or less. However, aw8pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Aw8pro does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via listed payment methods. However, some eWallet providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond aw8pro's control. Please review your eWallet provider's terms before making a deposit.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings withdrawn from your aw8pro account may only be transferred to a Malaysian bank account held in the same name as registered on aw8pro. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in another person's name are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests received during regular business hours will be processed in order of priority based on the member's VIP tier. Aw8pro endeavors to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) business hours. Additional bank transfer times may apply depending on your receiving bank.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, aw8pro may require full identity verification (KYC). This is an industry-standard procedure to prevent money laundering and safeguard the financial security of all our members. Aw8pro reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

Any deposit that has not yet met the minimum wagering requirements associated with a bonus received is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bets placed on aw8pro are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including bet type, amount, and selection — are correct before confirmation. aw8pro will not cancel or modify confirmed bets except under specified circumstances, such as match cancellations or clear technical errors.

Aw8pro reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The match or event wagered on has been cancelled or postponed beyond the specified timeframe.
• A significant error in the displayed odds due to a technical fault or data input mistake.
• There is evidence that the member possesses unauthorized insider information regarding event outcomes.
• The event result is disputed by the relevant sports governing body.

For live betting on aw8pro, odds update in real time. A bet will only be accepted once the odds have been refreshed and confirmed by the system. There may be brief periods where markets are temporarily suspended following a key moment in the match — this is normal and is not a technical error.

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a live casino gaming session, any unresolved bets will be settled in accordance with aw8pro's server records, which serve as the definitive and final authority on all game outcomes. Aw8pro is not liable for any losses caused by a disconnection on the player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games such as baccarat and blackjack.

• Identity fraud: Registering under another person's identity or providing false information during the KYC process.
• System abuse: Exploiting any technical bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple accounts: Opening and maintaining more than one active account on aw8pro under the same or different identities.
• Use of VPN or proxy: Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent applicable geo-restrictions.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your aw8pro account at any time by contacting the support team via email at support@aw8pro.best. Before closing, please ensure that all remaining funds in your account have been withdrawn, as aw8pro is not responsible for any balance left behind once the closure process is complete.

Aw8pro reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or unlawful behaviour.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by a government authority or authorized law enforcement agency.
• To protect the integrity and security of the platform and its members.

In cases of suspension due to a violation, aw8pro reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the suspension is found to be unwarranted, the full balance will be returned to the member.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The aw8pro platform is provided "as is" and "as available". aw8pro makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform at any given time. That said, aw8pro endeavours to maintain maximum uptime and will notify members in advance of any planned maintenance.

Aw8pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting losses resulting from technical failures or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Betting outcomes arising from inaccurate information or statistics sourced from third parties.
• Losses resulting from faults in the player's own device or system.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

Aw8pro's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

11. Responsible Gambling
